SAFETY MEASURES FOR OUTDOOR LITURGIES:
Please plan to arrive early to allow time for parking and gathering!

PLEASE SEE THE SCREENING QUESTIONS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE

If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID or if you’ve been exposed to someone with COVID we ask that you wait 14 days before returning to church. We will be continuing to live stream our liturgies so that anyone who is not ready or able to come to church will still be able to celebrate with us every week!

At this time we will be celebrating our 10:00am Mass outside in person, weather permitting. In the event of inclement weather we will be live- streaming our liturgy only. We will not be celebrating Mass inside the church at this time. Your bulletin, which you will receive Saturday evening will indicate whether we will be meeting in person at church or not. Please plan to arrive early as it will take a few extra minutes to park and check everyone in. Please note: there will be limited parking at church as a portion of the parking lot will be used to provide enough space for lawn chairs. There is parking on Brizee Street, directly across from the church driveway. Parking attendants will advise you of options once the parking lot is full.

  • Upon arrival a greeter will welcome you, ask you to acknowledge you do not have any symptoms of COVID, have not been out of state in the past 14 days, and have not been exposed to someone who is positive for COVID 19.

  • They will take everyone’s temperatures with an infrared thermometer and will record your name and contact info in the event that we need to do some contact tracing.

  • Masks will be required, and we ask that they cover your nose and mouth at all times. There will be masks available for anyone who forgets.

  • Please bring your own:

    • Chairs.

    • Hat in the event that you might be sitting in the sun

    • Filled water bottles if you wish

    • Umbrella for shade if you wish to stand along the side of the parking area

  • We will only have our single-person restroom open at the top of the stairs. There will be sanitizing wipes available to wipe down the sink and doorknobs before leaving.

  • Parents please accompany your children to the restroom.

  • Please sanitize hands before and after Mass-- We will have sanitizer available.

  • Ushers will assist with the placement of chairs to ensure social distancing.

  • Sacristans will give parishioners an individually wrapped host which you will hold up during the consecration.

    • We will all receive communion at the same time, with everyone remaining in their chairs

    • We will not be sharing in the consecrated wine or juice.

  • We will not resume the practice of gathering around the altar at this time, and we ask that everyone remain in their seats during the sign of peace.

  • We will not “pass the basket” at collection time. Instead, there will be a basket beside the sidewalk for anyone who wishes to make a donation in person. We can also provide forms for anyone who’d like to sign up for automatic donations of any amount on a weekly or monthly basis.

  • Musicians will be at least 10-12 feet from chairs and people will be encouraged to keep their masks on for singing and sing to themselves to prevent spread.

  • Sadly, we will not be offering a coffee hour.
